“In January 2022, MedQuest College integrated the HOPE training program into our school to help educate the healthcare workers of tomorrow by bringing awareness to the growing problem of human trafficking in America. We anticipated many questions but didn’t realize the impact this training program would make. We have seen an increased vigilance among our team regarding the danger of human trafficking. Our students feel encouraged to make a difference with their enhanced knowledge base. We are sharing this information with our clinical partners and witnessing their interest in learning how they can become a part of the change! We are excited for the possibilities this could bring to the thousands of victims of human trafficking and are proud to play a role in building a culture that is educated on recognizing the signs of human trafficking and empowered to make a difference!”

"I’ve spent thirty years in and around ERs providing all types of medical and surgical care, yet I still learned a lot. It is critical that this trafficking training be made widely available to healthcare workers throughout the United States."
